This RAM cradle for the Garmin Quest can be used in battery mode only or has the provision to be connected to the Garmin cigarette power speaker cable its removed from the manufacturer's auto mounting kit supplied. A TORX key is needed to remove the cable from the Garmin auto mounting cradle kit.

For bike mount applications, again it can be used self powered (eg battery mode) or with a compatible third party power lead and plug (for BMW bikes) or with a bare-end wire lead for permanent connection.

When ordering this cradle, please make sure you also order the relevant base/arm mount to give you the complete solution. A selection of different mounts to attach to cradles is shown below and these will fix to the any cradle you may have which has a diamond base.
