Honda Pan-European rider Andy Simpson mounted a RAM U-Bolt Mount for a Garmin StreetPilot III (RAM-B-149Z-G1) onto the centre handlebar mounting on the bike.

Andy modified the U-Bolt bracket by shaving each corner so it would fit within the space available and the fixing holes matched the existing bike bolts. The RAM round base attaches to the rear of the Garmin cradle seen here.
